The LDC is a one-of-a-kind Conference led by experts who mentor and drive Ohio’s youth toward success. Breakout sessions focused on topics like Professional Development, Team Dynamics, Goal Setting and Career Sessions are led by national and local professional leaders. These leadership skills sessions are amplified through different perspectives discussed in a series of workshops and sessions culminating in a professional luncheon.

JOG’s Leadership Development Conference is a unique event hosted for our participants and led by experts who drive Ohio’s youth toward success. Participants learn about leadership through breakout sessions focused on different perspectives and leadership styles. Through this interactive conference, our participants can consider all perspectives, ultimately leading towards more informed mindsets when leading.
