The LDC is a one-of-a-kind Conference led by experts who mentor and drive Ohio’s youth toward success. Leadership from different perspectives is discussed in a series of workshops and sessions culminating in a professional luncheon.

Keynote Speaker, Chrissy Myers, is the author of “Reluctantly Resilient” and CEO of AUI and Clarity HR. She is a third generation business owner revolutionizing the complexities of benefits and HR for small to medium-sized businesses. Beyond profit, AUI Gives Back and Clarity Cares, two impactful community programs, mirror Chrissy’s commitment to social responsibility. A distinguished graduate of Leadership Ohio and Torchbearers, she’s earned accolades like the 30 for the Future Award and the Smart Business Award.
