JOG’s annual Career Development Conference provides a unique opportunity for all JOG participants to partake in competitive events, workshops, leadership development training, and career exploration. Employers, community partners, and participants can engage during the Career Development Conference through the Career Expo going on at the same time!

Join us for a day of golf, networking, and community impact. Join us for our Annual Golf Outing and help support local youth gain invaluable work readiness skills and real-world work experiences. All proceeds support JOG’s continuing programming throughout Northeast Ohio.
ONE-OF-A-KIND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE
Professional Development, Team Dynamics, Goal Setting and Career Sessions are led by national and local professional leaders. The LDC is a one-of-a-kind Conference led by experts who mentor and drive Ohio’s youth toward success. Leadership from different perspectives is discussed in a series of workshops and sessions culminating in a professional luncheon.
