JOG helps to prepare people for the workforce, creating a pipeline of talent for your industry. With the growth we are seeing in manufacturing and healthcare, there is more need for skilled individuals than ever before! We partner with businesses like you to ensure that individuals are not only trained how you want them to be trained but also ready to work and capable of supporting your workplace growth.
We do everything from soft skill and hard skills trainings to boot camps and certification courses tailored to the manufacturing and healthcare industries. We work with businesses like you to make sure these trainings address your needs and prepare participants to realistically be ready to join your company.

Additionally, our program is unique in that we maintain close engagement with both employers and participants for 12 months after employment. We continue to coach and mentor participants as needed, ensuring their ongoing success.

We believe the more training you have before going into the workforce, the more prepared and easier your job will be. The JOG Ascent talent development facilitators are here to train and help get you ready for the workforce. We are also here to help support you in overcoming any barriers or obstacles you encounter along your journey. Once you are ready, you will gain access to local companies and job opportunities that you otherwise can’t connect to.

Career & Technical Centers and Schools FAQ’s

You can support JOG in your school by identifying and referring students who might benefit from our program. Additionally, you can help us organize tabling events, share information about JOG with students and parents, and invite us to speak at school events. Your advocacy and collaboration are crucial in helping us reach and assist more students effectively.
Our services extend beyond training and job placement! Our program is unique in that we maintain ongoing engagement with employers and participants for 12 months after employment. We continue to coach and mentor participants as needed. Through regular communications with employers, participants, and JOG, we can identify any additional support or training that participants may need to succeed.
