Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Month

JOG’s annual Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Month hosts weekly presentations for all JOG program participants featuring a diverse array of speakers, topics, and presentation styles.

Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Month activities are accessible to all program participants and focus on a variety of topics including but not limited to emotional intelligence, implicit bias, privilege, notable minorities in our history, interacting with police, sexual identity and orientation, ableism, religious customs and tolerance, and other community and directed topics and issues.

Each activity is interactive and encourages participation. We utilize participant feedback to evaluate our speakers, topics, and presentation formats, as well as to provide an opportunity to suggest a future topic or request more information.
