When I started with JOG, fresh out of college, I was an In School Career Specialist at Medina High School where I spent 6 ½ years. In the last two years at Medina HS I also was a specialist at Woodridge HS and then moved to Summit County where I was an In School Career Specialist at Mogadore and Springfield High Schools. In my last year at Mogadore I took on a part time role as the compliance coordinator for Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Programming. I transitioned into the full time compliance coordinator in 2017 and eventually the Compliance and Performance Manager in 2019. As the Compliance & Performance Manager my responsibilities include overseeing the use of the state data system, to ensure adherence to legal and company standards, assist with reports and data extraction when needed, monitor data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data, and support others in the use of the data system. To oversee/assist performance measures and outcomes for all counties.

I love that after all these years my former students stay in touch with me and reach out when they need support or just to simply say hello. The JOG team is like a second family to me.

I am a wife and mom to three boys, twins and another little guy, first and foremost. I enjoy reading, mostly fiction. My favorite author is Elin Hildebrand and I also love psychological thrillers, yoga, bike riding, hiking with my family, and family vacations to the beach. Overall, spending as much time with my family and friends as I can. I am also a member of the Delta Zeta Alum Chapter.
